On the ground floor, from the outside there is the living area with a large living room and a fireplace with exposed flame and from inside, there is a double room with a private bathroom and a large kitchen. On the first floor there are 2 large double bedrooms with a sofa bed and a bathroom. On the basement floor there is a spa with a sauna, a massage bed and a Jacuzzi and 2 bathrooms. Externally, there is an automatic entrance gate equipped with an intercomn.Also 2 external wings covered porch and lit with barbecue and garden furniture for outdoor dining and full armchairs.
