The ground floor consists of a spacious, light-filled living space with panoramic views over the lake. The room has two separate seating areas. One offers two sofas and is next to a wood-burning stove and a TV. The second is a contemporary sofa where guests can relax and look out over the lake. Next to this is an elegant dining table for 6 people. French windows open from the dining area onto the shaded balcony. Here guests can enjoy meals al fresco with stunning views.
Back inside, the kitchen is semi-open, thanks to a large hatch, which connects it to the dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.
A door from the kitchen leads out to a covered terrace, which connects to the other balcony. This can be used as an outdoor dining space and has a large table, as well as a brick BBQ. The rest of the pretty garden has seats and a hammock where guests can relax.

Furthermore, visitors can reach the Veronese shore of the lake by boat from Salò (17 minutes by car), reach the elegant town of Gardone Riviera and visit the Vittoriale (7 minutes by car) or visit Padenghe sul Garda, known for its extra virgin olive oil and D.O.C. wines (33 minute drive).
