Surrounded by the hills of Valtenesi, the Villa has a splendid outdoor area with swimming pool and private garden.
At the entrance the villa welcomes the guest with a large living room with exposed beams, a sofa and a flat screen TV, fireplace, dining table a fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle , squeezer citrus fruits, american coffee machine and toaster.
The ground floor is completed with a double bedroom with wardrobe and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The Villa expresses its potential both in summer season, thanks to the large swimming pool and air conditioning in every room of the house, and in winter thanks to heating and fireplace.
