Villa Liberta offers luxury accommodations for six guests in a magnificent 19th Century Liberty-style villa set in a stunning location, between the Villa d'Este hotel and George Clooney's villa. The Lake shore is just a five-min walk away, with village shops at only 500 meters. Como is a 10 minutes drive.
The stunning accommodation of 286 square meters develops on the whole main floor of a renovated Art Nouveau villa. In the private panoramic garden of 256 square meters is a hot tub for four guests. The deck is furnished with sun beds and deckchairs. Private parking inside the property.

Villa Liberta's main floor (210 sqm) features a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second twin/double bedroom and a bathroom. The property has air conditioning in all the rooms, except in the second bedroom on the main floor. Internet Wi-Fi, and round sound Bose are available as well. Garden level (76 sqm) with one bedroom, one bathroom and a TV/fitness area. The downstairs floor is air conditioned and has a small kitchenette corner ideal for breakfast (electric stove, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine).
This outstanding accommodation is the ideal location to relax and explore beautiful Lake Como. Many activities are available nearby, such as water sports, golf, tennis and great shopping.
The closest train station is in Como, just 15 minutes away; you can be in Milan in 1 hour by car or cross the border to Lugano, Switzerland, in just 40 minutes. Just across the Swiss border is Foxtown, a designer outlet village with Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci and Ferragamo outlets. This is a no smoking property. No pets are accepted.
An imposing iron gate gives access to the main villa. Around its back there is the garage and the entrance of the two upstairs units. Villa Liberta is private and independent, it develops on the whole main floor and has an independent entrance from the garden set in the facade of the villa, overlooking the lake.
There is also a second access in the back of the house, which is shared with the other two units. All the rooms on the main floor of the house, the living room and the two bedrooms, have direct access to the comfortable patio. On the left side of the house there is the lavish 80 sqm living room with dining area featuring a wooden floor with underfloor heating, Venetian stucco walls, elegant sofas and armchairs, large flat screen TV with satellite channels for both Sky USA and Russian TV and Bose surround sound system. The living room is elegant and full of light and benefits from the spectacular view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Next to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, with all modern appliances including granite work surfaces, double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. From the living room, a corridor leads to the two bedrooms.
One bedroom has two twin beds and flat TV with Sky programs. The two twin beds can be also joined together. This bedroom is not air conditioned, but has access to the patio. Guests can use the full-sized bathrooms with a Teuco power shower located just in front of the room. The second bedroom, the master bedroom suite, has a double bed, silk tapestries, hand-painted ceilings and windows providing views out over the lake. Ensuite full–sized bathroom with Teuco ultrasonic Jacuzzi tub 44.
Downstairs, the garden level unit can be accessed directly from the garden or from the hallway through a marble staircase. This independent unit with double access is also air conditioned. Although comfortable, cozy and very private, it is not as luxurious as the main one. It features a fitness room, a plasma TV, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer, ironing board with iron), a bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with beds that cannot be joined together.
The property has air conditioning in all the bedrooms except in the second bedroom on the main floor which is equipped with a last generation cooling unit (fan).
Please note there is another apartment on the second floor and another on the third floor. The parking area of the property is shared but you will have your private entrance and the private use of the small garden in front as well as the use of the jacuzzi.
