Villa sul mare, la soluzione ideale per una comitiva numerosa (inclusi bambini e/o cani).
Fresca e accogliente, dispone di parcheggio interno, giardino e soprattutto una vista mare mozzafiato. In oltre 200 mq sono distribuite: tre stanze da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna con letto a castello Ikea in legno e ventilatore a soffitto. Dunque: 4 posti letto per ciascuna delle 3 stanze + la possibilità di aggiungere un paio di letti nel grandissimo soggiorno (se si ha voglia di arrangiarsi un po'). Due delle tre stanze hanno ingresso autonomo, in questo modo è possibile conciliare eventuali diverse esigenze di orario.
La villa ha due bagni indipendenti, ciascuno con doccia (più una terza doccia esterna).
Altre stanze: cucina abitabile con lavatrice, fornelli, forno e due frigo; soggiorno open space di oltre 60mq con tv, tavoli e sedie, divanetto.
E’ possibile parcheggiare all’interno del cancello circa 5 auto (una dietro l’altra)
Sono però sicuro che starete tutto il giorno a mare. Infatti, basta attraversare la strada litoranea e potrete tuffarvi nel mare più bello del Salento. Dal cancello (indirizzo: Corso Annibale 298) al mare la distanza è di 100 metri: si percorre un breve sentiero nella macchia mediterranea, in pieno parco naturale SIC di Ugento, e si arriva ad una scogliera bassa, assolutamente agevole anche per i bambini più piccoli e, accessibile anche alle persone diversamente abili grazie ad una passerella (cercala su Google map) in legno che viene montata in estate per alcuni residenti sulla sedia a rotelle. L'insenatura sotto casa è un vero paradiso: ha rilievi per i tuffi, una grotta e una sorta di pedana naturale a pelo d'acqua dove si appieda per vari metri. Flora e fauna sottomarina sono tutte da ammirare con la maschera.
Se invece amate la sabbia, a 400 metri dalla villa (5 minuti a piedi) c'è "Lido Pazze" (cercalo sul web): spiaggia libera + lido attrezzato, con duna sabbiosa e isoletta di fronte raggiungibile a nuoto.
Usando l’auto o la bicicletta vi aspettano chilometri di costa con dune e sabbia finissima di coralli: in direzione sud le così dette Maldive del Salento; verso nord Lido Pizzo e poi Gallipoli.
C'è anche un servizio navetta "Salento in bus" (la fermata più vicina è quella di "Pazze", a 5 minuti) che garantisce trasporti comodi su tutto il litorale e con Lecce e le altre località da visitare.
Il paesino di Torre San Giovanni è a 3 km ma non dovrete andarci per le esigenze quotidiane. In località "Mare Verde" ci sono infatti molti servizi: mini-market, bar, ristorante, pizzeria, chiesetta, edicola, tabacchi, ecc.
Se riesci contattarmi con un pizzico di "iniziativa social", posso consigliarti a voce un po' di località interessanti, come il borgo medioevale di Felline che dista pochi minuti in auto.
La villa dispone di barbecue (assolutamente da non perdere la grigliata di pesce fresco da acquistare nella pescheria del porto), e di varie sedie a sdraio. Potrete quindi mangiare a casa con assoluta comodità (nella sala abbiamo fatto pranzi di ferragosto con oltre 20 persone!). La cucina è comunque abbastanza grande per fare colazione, anche se noi preferiamo mangiare all'aperto, nel giardino anteriore o sulla terrazza rialzata con vista mare o nell'area posteriore che è dotata di una tettoia in canne ben ombreggiata.
