The house is suitable for a holiday for the whole family, as the area offers culture, nature and other recreational possibilities, such as mountain-bike rides or walking along the marked trails in the immediate vicinity, or the possibility of being able to reach the numerous riding stables for exciting guided horseback rides. The house is located in the territory of ancient Etruria, the land of the Etruscans. Just a stone's throw away is the possibility of visiting the Etruscan museum and its internationally recognised archaeological excavations.
