In the district of Piandelvino (Valdidentro) 6.5 km from the centre of Bormio, 34 km from the centre of Livigno, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, along the wooded area, 2 km from the skiing area. Private: property 22'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees, meadow. In the house: sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. 1.6 km long bumpy, narrow motor access, except in winter 1.6 km (via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 1.6 km footpath to the house. Parking at the house, in winter 1.6 km. Supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant 3.2 km, bar 3.2 km, thermal baths "Bormio Terme" 7.4 km. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Large kitchenette (4 gas rings). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. 2 terraces.
