Cozy and modern apartment, suitable for up to 4 persons at central Lake Como, just 50 meters from the lake and 4 kilometers for the wonderful town Menaggio!
The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished into a cozy, sweet place to stay as a couple of entire family up to 4 persons. The space is laid out as follows. The entrance offers immediate access to the full bathroom with bath-shower combination, sink, toilet and bidet. Further down the angled hallway, you will have the main spacious bedroom with double bed and hanging cabinets and wardrobe. At the end of the hallway there is fully fitted kitchen including, fridge, oven, microwave and gas cooking cob. Next to the kitchen is at the dining area with round and extendable dining table. The other end of the apartment completes the space with a living room including sofa sleeper, flatscreen tv with international tv channels and dvd player. Parking is usually possible right in from the apartment building or in near vicinity. The apartment features a Wi-Fi connection with stable and down- and upload speeds.
Being part of the central lake area, just 4 kilometres away from the central hub Menaggio as well as right at the lakefront, it is a great place to relax and starting point for day trips around and above the lake. There's a nice Italian restaurant at the main road called Da Luigi, on foot about 3 mins from the apartment. Two bars, a small supermarket, a fruit and vegetable shop, butcher are on the main road as well. There's a another restaurant at the lake, Creme Caramel, about 4 mins walk from the apartment. Menaggio has some fine restaurants, nice bars and very tasty ice cream is sold at the local ice cream parlor. Furthermore, the nicest towns on the lake can be reached from the ferry boat service departing from Menaggio. Bellagio and Varenna are particularly beautiful and reachable in about 30 minutes by ferry.
Due to limited free parking space, we recommend that you reserve a parking space in the underground garage during the months of July and August.
