The second floor is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase and comes with two fully airconditioned bedrooms for 4 persons. The main bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe and a small balcony with lake view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom upstairs has a bath with shower, sink, hair dryer and toilet. The apartment is equipped with a private Wi-Fi connection and comes with a private parking space.

Acquaseria is located in a beautiful, quiet area, just outside the buzzing central lake town Menaggio, where you will find nice towns and villages with authentic restaurants. The local mini market, grocery store and butcher shop within walking distance offer you the full experience of 'La Dolce Vita'. Acquaseria is picturesquely situated between the mountains and Lake Como with all its possibilities: it is a very suitable area for swimming, walking, cycling, boat trips, day trips and villa gardens to visit.
There is a bus stop directly at the apartment complex. From many places on the lake (Menaggio being the closest) you can take ferries to all the places on the lake including Como and Bellagio. In addition, Menaggio is 1 of the three points of 'Golden Triangle' of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna. The ferries come in many forms, from car ferry to wing boat. Both from the boat and from the road, you have views of the magnificent villas and lush gardens along the shores.
There are several free public parking spaces around the apartment complex. Due to the limited free parking space, we recommend to book a parking space in the indoor garage in July and August.
