Summary: The hotel is close to the metro station and room is fairly clean. However, since it’s newly renovated, there were several issues: 1) no hot water in the shower until staff came to turn on the switch; 2) a power outage that required staff to reset the main switch; 3) a faulty ekey room card, the door couldn’t be locked from outside, and staff couldn’t fix it, had to use a manual key instead. Finally, they didn’t offer a room change until we asked.
