Three bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms are double, and the third is single. This apartment is suitable for 5 guests. There is a covered private terrace in the garden. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The nearest town is Umbertide, which is almost literally down the hill and a 10-minute drive. There are shops and restaurants, and a nice market every Wednesday morning. Other distances: 50 minutes to the centre of Perugia or to Assisi, and Città di Castello is 30 minutes. Rome is 2.5 hours and Florence is a 2-hour drive.
There is a washing machine and a barbecue. The pizza oven is shared with the other villa. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available upon request.
The pool is open in June, July, August, and September.
The use of the heating is charged based on consumption: €6/m3.
