The villa has a surface of 300 sqm and is surrounded by a private garden of 3. 300 sqm with 40 olive trees providing privacy and tranquility. In the garden there is a private overground pool of 5 mt in diameter where the ' water is deep about 1,10 meters. Inside the fenced garden there is a large private parking lot for private cars. The villa is located on the main roads, but at the same time in the green and tranquility. Villa Beatrice is located just 5 km from Desenzano del Garda, a renowned tourist resort, about 10 km from the peninsula of Sirmione with its beautiful Scaliger Castle and the Terme, 20 km from Salò and 30 km from the theme parks including Gardaland, Caneva World and Movieland Studios. The beach of Lido di Lonato is just 1.5 km from the villa where you will find typical restaurants and nightlife venues. A few steps walk from the villa however there are a 'good restaurant, a pizzeria, a small supermarket and a bar selling newspapers.
On the ground floor is the entrance with access to the large 25 sqm kitchen with all the equipment with a table for 8 people, a room of 14 square meters with dining table and antique chairs, a large double living room with 50 marble floor square meters plus a bathroom by day. The kitchen leads to the garden towards the pool, from the living room instead there is access to a large porch of 25 square meters where there is a living room and a wooden table for 8 people for lunch while enjoying a splendid view of the lake and a breeze It comes from the hills da'sollievo during the hot days.
