A charming semi-detached house, lovingly furnished, with 110 m² of living space and partially age-accessible amenities for 4 people. Enjoy the fireplace and sauna on cold days, and the terrace with its well-maintained garden in the summer. The bathroom features a shower and bathtub, which you can access via the stairlift.
This 110 m² vacation half-timbered house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub on the upper level and one with a shower), an open-concept kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. There is also a terrace with a well-maintained garden, and in the basement, a sauna (15 euros per day) and a laundry room with a washing machine (free of charge). The house also features some age-appropriate amenities. The bathroom has a shower with a seat and a grab bar. You can access the first floor via the stairlift.
Underfloor heating in the lower level ensures a pleasant warmth. Should it get cold in winter at
