Summary: From the very first moment, Pilar made us feel completely at home. We were welcomed with delicious mint tea, a thoughtful gesture that immediately reflected the warmth and hospitality of this place. Throughout our stay, Mohamed and Ashraf were truly exceptional. They were always looking after us, paying attention to every detail, and helping us with anything we needed, always with a smile. Their kindness, generosity, and genuine care made us feel like part of the family. Without a doubt, this has been one of the most beautiful hospitality experiences of my life. They are the kind of people who leave a lasting place in your heart and made our trip to Marrakech even more special and unforgettable.
