The apartment is located just outside Milan\'s city center, in a quiet area surrounded by green spaces, including:
- Parco Trotter (1.4 km walk), built in 1920 to host trotting races (hence the name \"Trotter\"). When the racecourse was moved to San Siro in 1924, the property was purchased by the city, which built a school building on the site. Therefore, the park is open to the public only when the school is closed (after 4:30 pm, weekends, holidays, and throughout the month of August). The park features many children\'s play areas and is also suitable for quiet, relaxing days. The old trotting track is still present;
- Piazza Aspromonte, with its central garden, a small public green space in the area.
- Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, best known for the thousands of students who attend the Polytechnic University and live in the Città Studi area. Following its redevelopment, Piazza Leonardo da Vinci has been transformed into a garden space enjoyed not only by university students but by the entire city. The square also offers the opportunity to visit the Città Studi Botanical Garden: admission is free, and guided tours are available by reservation.
