Dimora Storica Villa Fontana is a former noble residence built in the early 1800s around an older Arab watchtower. Its commanding position guarantees breathtaking views of the wonderful bay of Monte Cofano (a candidate for UNESCO World Heritage Site).
The villa is located inside a botanical park filled with greenery and centuries-old trees, spanning over 10,000 square meters. It is approximately 1 km from the sea (with small pebble and rocky beaches).
The air-conditioned villa comprises an entrance hall, a spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with exceptional period furnishings, a spacious dining room for 9 people, two large living rooms, one with a panoramic veranda, four bedrooms with double beds (minimum 160x190 cm), two with private bathrooms and two with shared bathrooms, and a bedroom with a single bed (80x190 cm) and private bathroom, as well as two bathrooms serving the living area.
