The property covers about 40 hectares of olive groves and woods, just under one hectare completely fenced with large, terraced and well-organized outdoor areas. Around it there is a fenced area that alternates lawn, gravel surfaces, olive trees, fruit trees and essences with walkways that connect every area of the property. In front of the kitchen and dining room there is a large paved terrace, with a seating area. A few steps lead to the pergola with dining table, the built-in barbecue and the pool.
