The holiday apartment is located in a quietly situated resort on a hill on the western part of Lake Garda, approx. 1 km from the center of Manerba del Garda.

The first bedroom with balcony and lake view consists of a double bed (1.60m x 2.10 m), the second bedroom, also with balcony, of two single beds above each other (0.90 m x 2.00 m each). In this room there is (possibly) also a baby bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a washing machine. The bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned. The living room has a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and sun blinds. From here you have a wonderful view of Lake Garda, Sirmione and the communal swimming pool of the resort. All rooms also have a balcony, the balcony of the master bedroom also overlooking the lake.
