The living room sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots, complete with a comfortable topper mattress. The bathroom has a recently renovated walk-in shower and is also equipped with a washing machine.
The apartment is located in Laorca, a peaceful district in the upper part of Lecco, offering a well-ventilated, elevated position that is perfect for exploring both Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Laorca is known for its narrow, characteristic streets and tranquil atmosphere. Within a short walk, you’ll find a small supermarket, a pharmacy, and a bar. Lecco itself is well-served and offers a variety of high-quality restaurants and shops.
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. While we do not have a private parking space, you can drive up to the entrance to unload your luggage. Occasionally, parking is available right in front, and we will provide guidance on nearby public parking options within a few minutes' walk. A bus connects the area to the town center and train station. Alternatively, you can reach the city center on foot via a scenic path—just keep in mind that the uphill walk can be quite steep!
