A stone's throw from the center, connected by a comfortable well-lit sidewalk. The apartment is on two floors in a building entirely covered in wood of only 4 apartments.
On the first floor, accessible through a staircase, the spaces of the living area are distributed: the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom. There is also a balcony with deck chairs that offers a wonderful view of the landscape (Mitico Castellaccio and Presena) and an outdoor area to relax in the warmer periods on the lawn.
