Small and independent apartment, with everything you need for a pleasant short stay in Milan. Located between the two canals, in a very quiet pedestrian area, apartment on the ground floor, overlooking a beautiful garden in a quiet courtyard of the early 800, typical of the old Milan and the canals, an ideal place to relax, read a book, drink a glass or even eat outdoors. From the garden leads to the small living room with kitchenette, bathroom and a comfortable bedroom on the upper floor.
Actually I think this location is really unique in Milan and rare in every city. You'll find a small very kind tiny apartment, settled in a old building (early 1800), with a nice and silent courtyard. The apartment is completely surrounded by a wonderful garden ideally located in respect of Navigli neighbourhood.
You'll have access to the entire apartment, slighty isolated in respect of the condominium. During the warm season, simply opening the door of the apartment you can use and relax in the marvellous garden.
Suitable for 2 people, enterely renewed in july 2018, especially for short time rental. - Indipendent heating with room thermostate, programmed heating or manual.
