This original apartment, inside a small building located in the heart of Gandria, has the flavor of old lake houses.
On the left, opening the first door you will find yourself in the lovely kitchen, fully equipped and with a dining table for eating with friends.
Going down the ladder (there is no door, but a curtain), there is the bathroom, with a cute little bathtub on the right, and on the left the toilet. Continuing on, there is the bright bedroom, with a French double bed.
Crossing the staircase of the building on the same landing, you open the door and are greeted by the spacious and bright living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, which becomes a double bed for the night, and a comfortable armchair, to watch a movie or relax reading a book in full relaxation. From here you can access the balcony, overlooking the wonderful view of the panorama of Lake Lugano: enjoy this beautiful view while sipping a coffee in the morning, or having an aperitif at sunset!
Going down the stairs of the building, there is the patio with a stone table for outdoor dining, and direct access to the lake.
Please note: The living room and the rest of the dwelling are separated via the building's internal staircase, which is accessible to other residents of the condominium! Your privacy is assured within the premises.
A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast.
