This large, elegant and cozy flat is located in a strategic area of Milan: a few steps from the historical centre, the University of Milan, the European Institute of Design (IED) and the Catholic University. In the neighborhood you can find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, and, if you are an art lover, you have many museums.
The flat is spacious and welcoming. It's located on the third floor of an elegant building with elevator. It consists of an entrance hall, a well equipped kitchen with two huge refrigerators, two bathrooms with bath and shower, two single bedrooms and two double bedrooms. The flat is also equipped with balconies that makes it bright and pleasant.
A few minutes from the main Milanese university campuses:
- IED (Amatore Sciesa) 7 minutes walk;
- UNIMI (Via Conservatorio) 12 minutes walk;

This room is ideal for a comfortable sharing. It is large, bright and equipped with a nice private balcony. There are two single beds with drawers, two desks and two bedside tables witha lamp, two double door wardrobes with drawers and a comfortable shelf for the students who will live there. Inside the room there is air conditioning.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED up to 50 euro of expenses per month (if you will do a normal amount of usage, you would not have to pay for it!).
After the payment of the first month rent on HousingAnywhere, to finalize the reservation, the tenant has to pay the deposit and the admin fee. The admin fee covers:
-weekly cleaning service of the common areas for the entire duration of the contract;
- contract registration fees (registration tax, stamps and registration fee);
-maintenance.
Contracts can't end on 30 of April - 31 of May - 30 of June.
Cancelling contract in advance is possible with three months notice period only after three months contract. If you cancel the contract before the natural ending you have to pay 200€ penalty.
