The house is surrounded by beautiful and well maintained gardens comprised of lawns, colorful flower beds, hedges and trees. There are several covered and uncovered areas furnished for dining and relaxing outdoors. A barbecue and a gazebo with table and chairs for al fresco dining are available for guests' use. A lovely covered patio extends all around the house and is furnished for sitting, relaxing and enjoying the views.
A nice pool (12.5x5.5m.) with sun terrace, umbrellas and loungers is also available.
Casa Gioia is also enlivened by the presence of some pets (well behaved dogs) and other small animals that we are happy to introduce to those guests who wish to.

On the same floor there is a master double bedroom, a twin bedroom with balcony (can be made up as double on request), a bathroom with shower, basin, bidet, WC and washing machine.
