Summary: The hotel had many rules and regulations, but absolutely no enforcement. We were forced to sign a bunch of papers about pool behavior, and when arriving at the pool it was pure mayhem, with few guests breaking all rules and scarring the rest away with loud and inappropriate behavior. Hotel had no surveillance of pool and fitness, which was messy from guests leaving towels and drinks. When personnel were made aware of issues with noisy and inappropriate behavior at the pool, they did little or nothing to fix this. Breakfast was ok.
