Elegant and bright two-room apartment completely renovated offers a spacious and welcoming environment, ideal for both business and leisure stays.
Sunny’s House has all the comforts and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located in an excellent position south of Milan, about 7 minutes’ walk from Navigli, 8 minutes from Bocconi in a very quiet area surrounded by greenery, not far from Parco del Ticinello. The area, within Zone B, is just minutes from Naviglio Pavese, full of bars and the hub of Milan's nightlife. Nearby are the main universities in Milan (Bocconi, IULM, IED, NABA, Cattolica, and Statale).
Porta Romana, Darsena and Porta Genova are easily reachable from our apartment.
It is a well-served and connected area, via tram, bus, and metro, to the rest of the city. Close to Assago (Assago Forum) and the West Ring Road. Below the house, there are the following stops:
- Tram 15 (Duomo in 15 minutes; Blu Metro- Stop in Santa Sofia-to/from Linate Airport; Yellow Metro-Stop Missori; Green Metro-Direction Rozzano-Stop Abbiategrasso
- Bus 95 (Green Metro-Stop Famagosta; Fondazione Prada)
- Suburban Railway (3 minutes’ walk) connected to the railway stations (Centrale and Garibaldi).
The apartment consists of:
1 KITCHEN: beautiful and fully equipped with gas stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, NESPRESSO coffee machine with capsules included, refrigerator and freezer, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery, cups, table with chairs, and tall windows.
2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS: 2 double bedrooms, bedside tables, wardrobe, and TV (in one of the two rooms).
1 BATHROOM: sink with mirror, a very spacious shower, toilet, and washing machine.

Wi-Fi, Conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, centralized heating, smoke detector, washing machine, large wardrobes in each room, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, clothes hanger, hairdryer, welcome kit and Bathroom Kit (Soap, Shower- Shampoo, Toothpaste and Toothbrush Set).
Fresh and clean sheets and towels are provided for each guest. The layout of the spaces comfortably accommodates 4 people.

Check-In time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm, fast Check-In is possible.
Before their arrival, guests must agree with the Host on the approximate time.
Check-Out time is by 10 am.
Where requested, it will be the duty and responsibility of the Host to inform guests of the possibility of checking out later, compatible with the calendar and needs of the Property.
Check-In and Check-Out will be carried out by one of our collaborators.
The apartment is entirely accessible only to guests. Unauthorized persons will not be allowed to enter.
