This charming and cosy apartment is located in the most exclusive Rome historical centre, in a perfect location to visit Rome major touristic sites: the Coliseum, Nerone's Domus Aurea, the Basilica of S. Clemente, the Foro romano.
It is a comfortable 1 floor flat for 4 to 6 people, there is a lovely living room with a double sofa bed, two charming double bedrooms,with 2 single beds each (both can become double)one in the basement, the other one near the livingroom, a very modern bathroom with a comfortable shower and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with a table good for 6-8 persons, from there you can go in a fresh and sunny terrace-garden where you can relax in the evening after having walked all day long, or sun bath at lunch time if you decide to go back home for a siesta.....
Air conditioned but frankly speaking there is not much need of it since the rooms of the old roman palaces are fresh in summer and worm in winter, the ceiling is made of original terracotta 'voltine' recently restored and the floor is also in terracotta.
