The Vigna Panorama holiday flat is part of a modern and new apartment building in an elevated hillside location consisting of three houses with several flats. Below the building are the garages and car parks. The flat is located in the first of the three buildings. From the garage, you go up a covered staircase between the houses via a gate and reach the flat entrance at the side.
The flat has two landscaped terraces on the lake and mountain sides, which are furnished with a dining table, deckchairs and a lounge chair. From here you can enjoy an impressive view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
The communal pool is located in front of the third building. You can reach the pool via the outside steps.
There is a construction site directly below. From July 2024 until probably September 2025, a new house with several flats will be built.
The entrance leads directly into the light-flooded large living area with an open-plan modern kitchenette, the couch with satellite TV faces the lake. A large glass façade with patio door leads out onto the leafy terrace.
On the mountain side, a small corridor leads to the bedroom with double bed and green terrace and the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC/bidet, as well as the small bedroom with single bed.
The flat is characterised by its light-flooded rooms and modern design, with light-coloured tiled floors creating a bright ambience. The furnishings are cosy and attractively decorated. Even if the weather is bad, it's a good place to stay as there are books and board games.
There is a lovely communal pool and whirlpool with sun terrace. The pool is solar-heated and open from May to October depending on the weather.
The lake with beaches is approx. 700 metres away and can be easily reached on foot.
In the surrounding area there are shallow beaches along the Mera River and in Gera Lario, which are particularly suitable for families and water sports enthusiasts.
There you will find children's playgrounds, boat hire, surfing and sailing schools, canoe hire, tennis courts and bowling alleys.
Gera Lario is a good starting point for cycling tours along the lake, as well as for hiking up into the mountains or towards Dascio and Lake Mezzola in the countryside.
The modern holiday flat awaits you with a picturesque view of the lake and the mountains. The highlight is the pool with jacuzzi. The relaxing panoramic location means you can easily walk to Gera Lario. There are also a wide range of opportunities for water sports and mountain activities right on the doorstep. Just a few hundred metres away you will find restaurants, bakeries, groceries, play and sports facilities and beaches.
