The lakeside road leads to the village of Dascio with two well-known fish restaurants, approx. 700 m after that the road ends. Your holiday home is surrounded by a lot of nature: the lake, a birdwatching and sports area at the same time: rowing, canoeing, stand-up paddling. Meadows on the lake side, rocky slopes on the mountain side, and occasional residential houses in the neighbourhood. On the lake side is the underwater-lit pool with deckchairs and the Jacuzzi. On the lakeside is the deckchair area and the dining table area with barbecue. Boat mooring on request.
On the lake side is the panoramic balcony with canopy, dining table and two sun loungers.
The underwater illuminated pool is open from the Holy Week before Easter until the end of October depending on the weather, other times on request.
The jacuzzi can be used all year round.

The flat is located on the ground floor on the mountain side and offers a sun terrace with pool and jacuzzi, which leads directly into the light-flooded living and dining area. Here you will find a fitted kitchen to the side, a spacious dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The sleeping area of the flat comprises a triple room with a double bed and a single bed facing the lake and a twin room with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a modern design and is equipped with a shower.
