Your holiday home is surrounded by nature: the lake, a bird-watching and sports area at the same time: rowing, canoeing, stand-up paddling. Meadows on the lake side, rocky slopes on the mountain side, and occasional residential houses in the neighbourhood. On the lake side is the underwater-lit pool with deckchairs and the Jacuzzi. On the lakeside is the deckchair area and the dining table area with barbecue. Boat mooring on request. On the lake side is the panoramic balcony with canopy, dining table and two sun loungers.
The underwater illuminated pool is open from the Holy Week before Easter until the end of October depending on the weather, other times on request.
The jacuzzi can be used all year round.

Small boats, canoes and stand-up paddles that you bring with you can be stored on the lakeshore, a staircase leads into the lake.
