The vacation apartment is located approximately 100 meters from the banks of the Mera River, on the access road to the La Punta headland between Lake Como and Lake Mezzola, at the upper end of this beautiful nature reserve.

The roof terrace invites you to linger and relax and offers a picturesque view of the surrounding mountains and landscapes.
Right on the shore is a garden with a lawn, ideal for games and outdoor activities, and a bench for sitting right by the water. Canoes and SUP boards can be stored here and you can go straight out onto the water. Swimming is not recommended here due to the river current.
In the neighborhood, you will find idyllic country houses, an elementary school, extensive meadows, and small farms that underline the rural flair of this region.
A large, gently sloping sandy beach is located about 1,500 m away—with a wide view to the south of the lake—ideally accessible by bike along the idyllic riverbank.

Ideal home for bikers – with great excursion possibilities all around the lake and in the mountains: beaches, lakeside towns, and mountain villages are all within easy reach, even with small children, for a private vacation in nature.
