A lovely two-rooms flat, with new modern furniture, in a elegant area, very close to the famous Duomo, ideal to visit in the best way the city of Milan.
A huge two-rooms flat, new and bright. Modern and cozy. Comfortable as positioned at ground floor directly on the entrance garden. The flat can accommodate up to 4 people with a cushy king-size bed and a huge sofa bed. The flat has all the amenities to welcome young people, mature people, workers or families with children. The building is surrounded by green, in a very quiet area although position is very close to Duomo and City Centre, to main public transport stations and to a big Ipercoop Shopping Mall with more than 30 shops inside.
A nice welcome kit is ready for our Guests at the arrival.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and all its amenities: High speed Internet Wi-Fi with no limits, 40 inch TV, TV in all rooms, heat and cold air-conditioning, modern kitchen fully equipped with cooking area and extensible table, fridge, freezer, washing machine with drying rack, induction cooker, electric toaster, juicer and water purifier in order to reduce plastic waste. For our baby Guests some small games and toys are ready for them. Comfortable bathroom with shower with everything can be needed. In case of need there is a steam-iron machine with ironing board. Available for guests there are fresh and clean sheets and towel sets.
Availability towards guests is complete, continuous, 24h / day. Will be given all the information about the city, events, near services, how to move inside the city and how to reach the main stations and airports, aperitif bars, restaurants and night life. The use of the flat is exclusive for the guests and we will be always available by telephone or email for every need; In the building, there is a daily doorkeeper speaking english.
Guests who are not couples are kindly requested to specify if they need the second bed (sofa bed).
The apartment is located in a quiet, elegant and very well attended area, However, it is equipped with armored door and daytime guardian.
The neighborhood is surrounded by green, quiet and friendly, despite being close to the city center (only four subway stops and 25 minutes walking for the Catherdral!). The apartment is in front of a beautiful public park perfect for running lovers or people who have children and want to keep them entertained peacefully or just for those who want to enjoy a nice walk in the green park. Many restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment to meet every taste preference, a good Italian pizzeria, a typical Genovese restaurant, a great meat and fish grill and so many fusion restaurants. The most useful tips and custom will be given directly to Guests! ;)
Very close to the Yellow metro line stop Piazzale Lodi (Lodi T. B. I.B. only 200 mt). At four stops from the Duomo. The Yellow metro also arrives at Milan Central Train Station (just 7 stops), which is a destination for buses from all airports in Lombardy. Just 100 meters there are the stops of the circular Bus 90 and 91 crossing to ride all over the city of Milan.
With the new M4 line is possible to reach Linate Airport in about 25 minutes!
You will be given all the information to arrive at the apartment and to leave back according your schedules and needs. Also will be given all the information for the use of public transportation services including bike and car-sharing.
No pets allowed inside the apartment; they would suffer for the lack of a space dedicated to them and we do not want this.
Guests who need to check in after 11:00pm are kindly requested to notify within 3 days of arrival, we will prepare a self check-in procedure for them.
Guests are kindly requested not to smoke inside the apartment.
A City Tax of € 4,50 per person per night will be asked at check-in.
