2 more bedrooms, 1 double and one twin with shared bathroom, are located in the dependance of the Villa.
The interior is completed by a large living room with lake view, a comfortable TV room, and a large fully equipped kitchen and a sauna.

* The maximum number of guests that can be served at meal times is the number of guests for which the reservation was made. If you have special requests for hosting, please let us know in advance.
* There is a standard rental agreement that can be pre-mailed to guests who have reserved in advance, or provided at check in. We will also require ID of all guests staying at the property as required by Italian law.
* Check ins are by appointment only. Check in time is from 3PM to 8PM. We ask you for your cooperation in communicating your arrival time and updating us in case of delays. Please make sure that we have a phone number or email that you will have access to while traveling. Check ins after 8PM must be approved in advance and will be subject to an extra charge.
* Please be respectful of the neighbouring properties and do not play any music after 23:00.
* There is a standard rental agreement that can be pre-mailed to guests who have reserved in advance, or provided at check in. We will also require ID of all guests staying at the property as required by Italian law.
* Final Cleaning Fee: also includes the provision of bed linen and towels for all the guests, the check-in/check-out and the assistance during the stay.
