The home offers a haven for relaxation nestled above the village of Colonno located directly next to the greenway 7k walkway, a much loved route enjoyed by hiking enthusiasts, to explore the lake from Colonno to Griante, taking in many of the villages and historic villas situated on the sought after western coast of the lake. Here in the village of Colonno you can access the lake and local beach as well as local bar and mini market.
The ferry to access popular villages from Menaggio to Bellagio as well as the charming city of Como, can be reached within 5 minutes drive of the property. Car hire is recommended to get the very most from your stay and all reach all parts of Como, the vineyards north of the lake, Milan, Switzerland (including outlet shopping in Foxtown and nearby Lugano) however a bus service is available here in the village of Colonno for shorter trips to neighbouring villages.
