Villa Chiara is located in a panoramic position on the hills of Manerba del Garda. The Villa is semidetached (two under one roof), surrounded on three sides by its own private garden of 1.700 m2, from where you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains.
The big covered patio features a dining table, allowing you to eat al fresco the food cooked on your barbecue; the sofas are perfect for your summer siesta in the shade while enjoying the view.
In your private big garden you can also find a round swimming pool (5,70 meters diameter, water depth 120cm), where your children can play safely and you can refresh yourself, sun chairs and a barbecue to cook outside.
Inside the Villa you can find a living room with a large sofa that can be easily be transformed into a double bed, the kitchen area with dishwasher, working table and dinner table; two steps lead to a large aisle, from which you enter the two bedrooms, each of them with a double bed; there are two bathrooms, each of them with a shower; there is also a third room, to be used as wardrobe room.
The Villa furniture is simple but functional, offering you all comforts, as dishwasher, washing machine, unlimited WI-FI Internet, Smart TV with satellite and many international channels and Netflix (on demand movies), air conditioning in both bedrooms.
Your pets are welcome at Villa Chiara, it is perfect for them thanks to the big and completely fenced garden; you should inform you if you will take your pets at the moment of booking.
The beach of Porto Torchio can be easily reached by feet in about 15 minutes (1,3km), while the town centre, with some shops and bars, is at 10 minutes distance (800 meters); we strongly suggest you to stay at the Villa with your own private car, as this will allow you to easily reach all the attractions of the area, so that you will enjoy your Holiday at its best. A private fenced uncovered parking area for at least four cars is included.
