The Bel Pace garden holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of an Italian two-family country house in the charming mountain village of Albonico, which belongs to the lakeside town of Sorico – above Lake Mezzola and not far from Lake Como. Nestled in a quiet, natural setting, the apartment is surrounded by a spacious garden with a lawn, shady trees and lush vegetation. The terrace with dining table, chairs and parasol leads directly into the apartment. Just below is the pool with sun loungers – from here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and mountains.
The pool is shared by both apartments, although the friendly owners, who live in the attic, are rarely there and only use it as a holiday or weekend retreat. The property is partly sloping and difficult to access.
The entrance to the holiday apartment is via the garden terrace. Furnished in a cosy Lombard country house style, the apartment offers a comfortable atmosphere to relax in. The entrance leads directly into the living area with a large dining table, double sofa bed, fireplace and television. Adjacent to this is the spacious kitchen and bathroom. On the lake side is the narrow bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The furnishings are solid wood, the kitchen is brick-built, and the floor is granite and light-coloured tiles.
A brick-built external staircase leads to a lockable cellar for bikes, sports equipment and food.

The flat is also ideal for winter holidays. The hiking and skiing areas of Val Malenco, Madesimo and St. Moritz are also within easy reach for day trips.
