Casa Allegra is placed on sunny hills that dominate the Gulf of Salò from above, offering a panorama that extends to the eastern coast of the lake.
Located in a quiet residence, inside we find two bedrooms, a living area with kitchen and a bathroom.
But it is especially the outside that will make guests fall in love, dining or taking a drink at sunset sitting on the veranda or reading a book in the private garden, always accompanied by a splendid view.
THE BEDROOMS:
The first bedroom has one double bed and overlooks the garden.
The second bedroom has two single beds. In this room the air exchange is guaranteed by an advanced and totally silent ventilation system that purifies the air every hour.
In the living area, for larger groups/families (up to 6 people), a sofa-bed is available.
RESIDENCE
The residence is composed of eight buildings of four apartments each. Casa Allegra is located in the last building, this guarantees greater privacy.
PLEASE NOTE THAT: Due to extraordinary works planned for spring in the pool area, not knowing the exact date of completation, this apartment is temporarily advertised without the pool. Prices are already to be considered without the pool.
PARKING:
A private uncovered parking space on the street is available free of charge.
A garage is available upon request at a cost of €10/day

"CINEMA ROOM":
A new addition in 2024 is a charming private "cinema room" that we have created in the area previously used as a cellar. Thanks to a Smart projector, guests can enjoy their favorite films, sitting on two comfortable armchairs, while eating popcorn prepared with the special machine made available to them.
(To use the projector, guests must have their own Netflix or similar account - not provided by us).
Please note that in case of rain, being a completely rocky wall (enchanting exposed rock), it could be a little damp.
