APARTMENT IN A VILLA IMMERSED IN THE GREEN WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW OF LAKE GARDA We are situated in the hills of Lake Garda, in a particularly peaceful area, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The flat is less than 10 minutes' drive from the town of Salò and 20 minutes' drive from Desenzano, which are among the most organised towns on the west coast of the lake, full of shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. The nearest town is Polpenazze (a charming medieval village) where you can find grocery shops, bars, ice-cream parlours and is about 2 km away. Beautiful beaches are 5\6 km away and can be easily reached by car or bicycle. A horse riding stables is 400 metres from the house and the bicycle path is 100 metres away. For those who prefer to use public transport, the bus stop is 500 metres away.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful and well-kept garden where our guests can freely relax; there are sun loungers and barbecue facilities available. The house is 100 metres from the bicycle path (bicycle storage in the basement) and nature trails.
The flat "TERRAZZE SUL GARDA" is fantastic and unique; it is located on the first and last floor of a two-storey house, is accessed by a separate entrance and is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden. The flat is very bright thanks to the high wooden ceilings and large windows. It measures about 100 sqm and opens onto a terrace of about 40 sqm, from which one can enjoy one of the most incredible views of Lake Garda and the Valtenesi hills. The flat enjoys modern comforts such as a dishwasher, TV, heating, internet, etc but is furnished with period furniture. It consists of 2 double bedrooms with parquet flooring, from which there is access to a further terrace overlooking the surrounding hills; both have a private bathroom with shower and bidet. In Salò, 10 minutes away by car, there is a beautiful public Olympic swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees. For complete relaxation, the beaches of the lake offer an evocative and unforgettable panorama. From the house you can quickly reach places of cultural interest, such as the Borghese Island, the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the beautiful towns on the lake, the medieval villages, the amusement parks Gardaland and Caneva, without forgetting the enchanting cities of art such as Verona, Brescia and Mantua, which are within a radius of 50\60 km. Lovers of evening and night-time entertainment will not fail to find, within a few minutes, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and nightclubs where they can spend pleasant moments. During the summer there are numerous festivals, markets, concerts and open-air cinema in the area, as well as the rich season at the Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera, the Arena di Verona, etc.
