The property is located near the small, typical Italian village of Brezzo di Bedero on the east coast of LAGO MAGGIORE (Provincia Varese).
From the large terrace of the house and the park-like large garden you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the lake and the mountains opposite. The south-west plot has sun from morning to night with fantastic sunsets.
The main level of the house offers sleeping space for 4 adults and is equipped with a living and dining area with an open kitchen. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower complete the floor. Through the large panoramic windows you can access the spacious balcony and terrace with awning from the living room. A barbecue area under palm trees invites you to linger.
There are two more beds for adults on the lower floor as well as another bathroom with shower and toilet. The sports room and washing machine are also on this floor.
The lake with beach access can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot from the house.
