It has its own private sandy beach, a harbour and is ideal for families who like to engage in all kinds of water sports as well as relaxation in complete privacy. The famous Engadin, home of St. Moritz and the like is close by, so the villa can be used for skiing and wintersports of all kind during the cold season. Children can`t get lost in the park, as it can be completely closed.
