Positive: Our stay at Minamo Flat in Milan was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, my friends and I experienced a clean, welcoming and well-located apartment. The apartment is the perfect size for a family or group of friends. I was travelling with five friends and we found the property to be spacious, airy and well-lit. The beds were all comfortable with lovely sheets and towels. There are various small balconies off of the rooms, which were perfect for some fresh air, or even a morning coffee, which we were pleasantly surprised to find was provided for us in the kitchen. The bathroom was well stocked with toilet paper, as well as body soap and shampoo, which was greatly appreciated. The location was also a great plus. Only a short walk from the metro's blue line, which takes you directly into the centre of Milan (Duomo etc), and in a very nice suburban area. We were able to find restaurants and bars nearby too. We also found the apartment to be amazing value for money, especially considering the incredibly high prices normally found in Milan. An incredibly special mention must go to Francesco, who welcomed us personally on check-in day. An amazing host and person, he even met us halfway, at a random metro station, when we mentioned we were struggling to navigate Milan's system on arrival. He then guided us all the way through the metro system to the apartment, giving us tips and tricks for the perfect stay as we went. He is an exceptional host and made us feel super welcome the minute we met. He had answers to all of our many questions, and even sent us follow-up WhatsApp messages with recommendations and travel tips to Como, Florence etc. A highlight of our stay, we truly appreciated his hospitality and help, it was incredible. Overall, an incredibly positive stay, we 100% recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Milan. We will most definitely stay again on our return to Milan one day.
